DGSA Courses

DGSA Training

To qualify as a DGSA in Ireland candidates must sit an exam administered by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) at which they are required to demonstrate their ability to understand, interpret and apply the ADR transport regulations. Exams are held three times a year, in preparation for which, most candidates will need to participate in a DGSA training course. ChemHaz Solutions offer a choice of online DGSA courses to prepare you for the exam – our virtual classroom course or our self-study course. These are intensive courses requiring a significant time commitment from the students as the standard required to pass the exam requires an expert knowledge of the regulations which can only be gained through practical exercises that must be completed to consolidate the taught content. While not prerequisites, prior dangerous goods experience or a scientific/engineering background are a distinct advantage to students undertaking a course for the first time.
