We are a small energetic company located in
the west of Ireland.
We are
committed to providing cost effective consultancy services to guide clients
through the maze of regulations that govern the supply and transport of
products consisting of or containing hazardous materials. We pride
ourselves in providing flexible solutions that respond to a diverse range of
customers needs in a timely fashion. As a
knowledge-based enterprise we are able to work with clients from a diverse
range of geographic locations, including Ireland, the UK, the US, China and
Israel.
Our mission is to contribute to the protection of man and the environment
through the provision of consultancy services for chemical hazard
determination and communication.
Prior to founding the company, the principal consultant, J. J. Tobin, BSc, Ph.D., DGSA
worked with the Research and Development division of a leading
international medical diagnostics manufacturer. In this time he developed
and managed the company's hazard identification and communication programme for
European, American and Asian markets. He has had broad exposure to general
regulatory requirements and is the lead author of Medical Product Regulatory
Affairs (2008), published by Wiley-VCH. As an adjunct to the book, JJ has developed training
modules on the Regulatory Requirements for Drugs and Devices, which are
offered by Irish Universities as part of undergraduate and Masters Degree courses
by distance learning. He is the current
Chairperson of the DGSA Association of Ireland.
